RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Campsites & Cabins - Reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card and payment for the first night's stay will be processed as a deposit. Balance is due at check-in. If for any reason you need to cancel, we require at least 7 days advance notice and your deposit will be refunded minus $10.00. If less than 7 days notice is received, the deposit will not be refunded. If you fail to arrive for your reservation as booked, the credit card is processed for the full value of the reservation.

Packages - Reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card and 25% of the total package will be processed as a deposit. Balance is due at check-in. If for any reason you need to cancel, we require at least 7 days advance notice and your deposit will be refunded minus $10.00. If less than 7 days notice is received, the deposit will not be refunded. If you fail to arrive for your reservation, the credit card is processed for the full value of the package.
