Rules

     To make your stay and that of others a happy experience, you will be asked to sign and abide by the following Rules:


      • Practice common sense and consideration at all times.
      • Check-out time is 11am.  Payment must be received at the office by 11am prior to each day's stay.

      • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.  Quiet voices, no music, and no visitors between these hours.  Also, no generators, no profanity, and no loud music at any time.

      • Maximum of five people and one passenger vehicle per campsite.  Parking stalls may be available to rent for extra vehicles. Your visitors may park free for 2 hours as directed by staff.

      • Children, pets, and campfires are not to be left unattended.  Pets must be leashed and their poop must be picked up. Campfires, when permitted, must be extinguished by 10pm.

      • Do not move the fire pit.  A Clean Up Fee may apply to non-burnables in the fire pit - including cigarette butts, bottle caps, sea shells, cans, etc.

      • Do not forage for fire wood.  Do not secure anything to trees, forage for firewood, cut branches, or chop trees.

      • The speed limit is "walking speed". Park your completely completely clear of the roadway, secure your valuables and lock your vehicle.

        Waste liquid (cooking water, wash water, beverages) must not be disposed of onto the ground.  se the drain at your site.

      • Smoking is tolerated at your site only.  Absolutely no smoking inside any buildings, cabins, on decks, pathways, or near windows and doors.

      • Lund has no public garbage service.  Please use SunLund's recycling centre and, if necessary, garbage bins.  Return seashells to the ocean.  DO NOT put them in the garbage bins for fire pits.

      • The great outdoors are not a latrine.  Use the facilities provided.

      • SunLund accepts no responsibility for vehicles or belongings brought onto the property, or for damage thereto.  Violation of the above Rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a fee not to exceed $50.00 per violation.
